Learn the fundamentals of running a successful troop, including program planning, the patrol method, advancement, and much more. For Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters, this course is part of the requirements to earn the "Trained" patch.

Course Fee

Free for leaders registered in Council 251 (Old Colony / Knox Trail), thanks to the activity fee that all scouts in our council pay with their annual registration. $10 for leaders from other councils. Donations appreciated if you enjoy our light refreshments.
