Speak Up!
Volunteers make our Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing programs great. All of our youth deserve trained leaders... and all of our leaders deserve the opportunity to get training and resources to help run a high-quality, safe, and fun program. That's our job on the Training Committee: to develop trained leaders.
Now we want to hear from you. Is there training you need but haven't been able to find? And how can we get more of the leaders from your unit to participate in training? Please share your feedback with your district's volunteer training chair, and contact them at any time if you have questions or need more info. (Which district am I in?)
